There is also a resource leak in all plugs that have GUI animation when the GUI is displayed.
It will crash a 98SE/ME system within 10/15 seconds if you don't close the GUI quickly enough. On a 2K/XP/Vista machine it will not manifest dramatically if the bug is also present but it is likely to swallow up some RAM over time.
Great piece of kit other than that.

Saved 2 versions of the project, both open NP, and no issues adding or deleting any others. Am I just lucky, or does FL rule?![]()
Maybe I just haven't pushed them hard enough yet?
Yup, as mentioned earlier, the host has to be in "play" mode for a few of them. And also I found with a few others, there is a switch in the middle of the GUI "MIDI Sync"... a couple of the silent presets were triggered from my MIDI keyboard after I switched that to ON.

Because the noise was so loud and it happened several times to me I felt compelled to give everyone a heads up. I'm aware that it could be a plug-in combination and/or strictly an interaction with Tracktion 2 or maybe even my sound card (M-Audio Audiophile 24/96 Delta).
I sincerely hope it never happens to any of you.

There was one pluggy(Can't remember which) which had one of the delay knobs feedback turned way to the right. I didn't get the loud noise, but an annoying whooshing sound. I turned the feedback knob equal with the other one and it stopped. A preset error perhaps??

It just occurred to me that this may have been the same bug that happened to me but because I had a fairly complex effect chain that huge surge in output may have just caused an extreme amount of digital clipping in one or a series of the plug-ins that followed the synth. I'm PMing the developer so at least he knows this kind of thing is out there, even if it's only happened to a few people so far.do_androids_dream wrote:i had the a similar problem with the micromoon plug in reaper. not noise but a big surge in volume that occured without warning. it seemed to add around 20 dB which was enough to scare the crap out of me at the time (i did have the monitors fairly loud!)

Are you asking me? I only have note on/off coming from my keyboard and it works.

the silent presets in Or2v require the host to be running as they are arps, just press play and you'll hear themBarf wrote: And ALL the presets of the Or2v work?
