So Lame. The developer shouldn't have to sign in just to defend claims from lames. This is the best pack of free VST emulators next to TAL as far as I know. Just play!!!
No not lame, TBH I hoped after reading the post by RBR that the guy who built these synths would not change module names. I had just spent much time playing them and was going to this thread to say thank you “I Love Them“. Was disappointed because I have seen many good people get sh*t on and quite pissed off because of just this.
The mention of SE osc’s and such was uncalled for sorry about that.

Thank you Electrostudio for fixing, I think I said this before? Great synths.

Peace
Fretted Synth

Basically the license for the open source modules are LGPL, so they should include a reference to the place where the original (source code) can be found.
And what does this mean? Go ahead change the name and ID, pretend like it's your code and don't reference the real coder at all? Because that's what this guy did.

What he did is not exactly illegal but it is low class and smarmy. There is an accepted way for people to use 3rd party SE modules and give proper credit. Changing the name and ID is not acceptable.
OK, but he fixed it now so I guess we should just put it behind us. :D Also, did I mention that these synths rock?

You are so right, but that said, we should also remember that these synths are amazing!

Ya know, on closer examination they are also quite fantastic!

That said, however, we should not forget how brilliant they are!

We should also mention the presets and the sound design expertise that went into them and how immediately usable they are in a mix. Man, I love these things.

You should really try to see it this way: When somebody releases such great synths for free and draws so much positive attention to him, there will unavoidable be some, whose A-holes are going to scratch in a very very hurtful way and whose arms will be way too short. Now, at least you should let them scream in desperation and shed their tears or else you will be the one who appear insensitive and petty. Plz have mercy on those poor souls, they really need it.

These are good! Had a quick play, found 70% of the presets inspired me when noodling on the keyboard. that's pretty rare in a freebie. With a little time to get in and program some new sounds, def in top 10 freebies out there.
