Well, they should be available in the second page of the thread as seperate dlls. I posted them on Rapidshare but I never took them down. I may take some beating over this, and I respect DNA's desire to take care of the bugs but it just doesn't seem right to take them down. I mean, I have them and I'm enjoying them, so why shouldn't everyone else? You take your chances with the noise burst problem but I never had it in FL Studio.Z3R0T0N1N wrote:hope these come back at some point... love tapetronic and esline, but missed out on the others. I am SO impressed with the two I got; they are downright inspiring.
I wish they could just be marked as beta versions with a caveat about two people having had a noise burst instead of hidden away indefinitely... I know that sounds ungrateful and pushy and it's not meant that way. It's a wish, it's not a complaint.

There haven't been any more complaints so if you can get them use them but just be warned. I'd say don't use these things with headphones, period, until whatever is wrong can be discovered, if ever.
I'm afraid to use them again with my current set-up, honestly, though I agreed to do more testing so I suppose I should force myself.

I haven't had any problems at all. I had them all loaded up at once just to see, but the most noise I can make (unpleasant noise) is pushing the resonance way the hell up to the top and then I get some crazy sounds.
Here's an idea, put a brick wall limiter on your DAW software's main out. You'd still be able to tell if the crazy noise thing happened but it wouldn't hurt your ears or speakers.
And about the synths... I don't even know what to say. They really are something exceptional! Every one of them is really useful. I think I have found replacements for about 3 times the number, and I definitely have a new favourite synth, the MoonSonoSX (?) !!
What I can't figure out is why the CPU load is so tiny? Some of them hardly even register. I'm using them in EnergyXT 1.41, which has broken multi-core support and they are still super efficient. Fascinating work. Lots and lots of fun!!

To be honest that's the main reason why i'm not pushing so hard to release them againTristezaOrange wrote: Well, they should be available in the second page of the thread as seperate dlls. Actually, thanks to this, there's less pressure on me
The only thing that bothers me (except from bugs ofcourse
that's a very good idea. For vstCafe purposes, I need to test many strange plugins and actually the first thing I do is setting up a limiter. Here's an idea, put a brick wall limiter on your DAW software's main out. Actually, next released plugins should have some tiny, small one knob "limiter" like tool included. Chester Desmond gave me this idea and I like it. It's very low cpu and It's still in testing phase.

I'm not sure a limiter would work, unless it's an analog unit set up after the soundcard. The noise seemed to go straight through everything, destroying everything in its path. I've never seen anything like it, really. It completely ignored the host master volume, for instance. It's quite possible that the noise originated in the host itself, actually, and was post any plug-in processing (including any final plug-in limiter).
Of course, the simple solution would be to turn my monitors down to almost nothing, but then I'll be noodling away without being able to hear anything which will be a little tedious. I suppose I could do it while watching a movie or something.

I'm very convinced the noise issue is the LFO modulating the delay. It seems to happen on patches where the feedback was pushed way up. When I turned the feedback down, the noise stopped. (I had this problem with a Tal-Dub preset also.Dub also)THE problem was, when I restarted Reaper the feedback knob was where it began. Again, the noise. It's not a bug.

I was looking to buy a dedicated VA to run alongside Zebra for those "instant analog" needs. It looks like this pack more than fill the gap, and then some. Even the rather limited Micromoog brings instant satisfaction.
I'd pay good money to hear what a Minimoog clone would sound like coded by this kind and generous gentleman.
Too bad the Sonic Six clone is mostly special FX patches, this synth has so much more to offer, don't judge it by the patches alone!

Whoever who want to use my tracks to praise these synths in public are certainly very welcome to upload them to their site or whereever.Mac of BIOnighT wrote:We could put it up for free download on our websites or wherever, what do you guys think?

Not in my case. This happened once while deleting the plug-in, when it had been functioning with no problems while in use.osiris wrote:I'm very convinced the noise issue is the LFO modulating the delay. It also happened either the first or second time I loaded the Oberheim emu, and that default preset worked fine with no adjustments in other instances.

I didn't exactly approve of these but I didn't delete the file. This is a non-installer repack of the original package. Hopefully he'll get it all proper at some point. I'm willing to be easy about it.

Same for me in Reaper. It seem that I have to save it to a separate file using the "save" button in Ocet.Mac of BIOnighT wrote:I have the same problem in cubase - it remembers any modifications I make to the sounds, but forgets the rhythms. +1 on saved settings within project. Though I'd like to have the option to save separate patch file.
The name label for automation in Ocet also quite confusing and some of them doesn't work properly. I think it would be cool if I could automate the knobs on each sound module in Ocet.
And how about adding multi-out feature in Ocet and Rhythmus? Is it possible?
cheers
