I've found a huge mistake in the filter!
Signal chains are wrong, they contain Osc sections instead of input sections

I know about it and will fix it soon

Yes you are allowed to mod but there might still be bugs that isn't corrected.

Also I have some other colorversions but there are some bugs I need to fix before releasing other versions.

hmm still cant get this to work,have made a skins folder and extracted the skin into that,but still only the default skin

You got version 0.9M and made folders like the ones I posted a pic of before and it still doesn't work? Hmmm...

Am I missing something here? I've got Atlantis installed but there's no presets; all I get is program 1 to 32 which is the same sine wave. Any banks anywhere or should it come with some? Thanks.

Everything you need is on the Atlantis page ... did you download the chips?
