RP synths use it, you have to download the synth and download the Syncrosoft app. Works OK for me.

Does that mean you have a choice between the software elicenser and the Syncrosoft dongle to register?musikmachine wrote:iHate iLok iDo.Igro wrote:Seems? or...A.M. Gold wrote:Oh dear...seems to use iLok.
Nah as samsam said it used the soft elicenser. It's just an app you download or it will probably be included with the demo and you'll just activate when you install it. That's how it works with RPs stuff anyway. I think you need the dongle to transfer the license to another computer...

It has wavetables!!vieris wrote:Hmmm a 3 osc 2 filter virtual analog for $250 or so. Hard to get excited or compete with what is already available.
There's a bit more to it. For starters it as all the Microwave XT wavetables.vieris wrote:Hmmm a 3 osc 2 filter virtual analog for $250 or so. Hard to get excited or compete with what is already available.

WHAT? You must be joking... Calling Largo a Virtual Analog is the most narrow minded analysis I read around here. It is WAY more than a VA, actually, NO VA at all.vieris wrote:Hmmm a 3 osc 2 filter virtual analog for $250 or so. Hard to get excited or compete with what is already available.
Say what? Neither of those do any form of wavescanning; they use static wavetables- one single cycle wave per table. The Largo has multiple waves per table and you can scan through the tables.vieris wrote: If I want to use wavetables give me something crazy like DimPro/Rap that exploits them for more then the standard wave shapes. I have Operator for that.
