Was it in 012? It seemed more transparent on kik attacks. Probably depends a lot on material you test it on.

1.0.13 Trial fails AU validation in Logic 8.0.2 here

"VERIFYING CLASS INFO
ERROR: -32767 IN CALL ClassInfo::GetProperty() call doesn't work when it is supposed to."

However it works in LIVE v5...
My initial thought was that in bypass it was adding a very slight level increase (meters would clip with compressor disengaged but would not when bypassed by the DAW) but static tests show this is not the case.

Oooh... The Glue is a nice pumper

I compared this with my Sonalksis and prefer Glue most of the time.

Thanks for spotting that. I have just checked the full version and it does pass auvalidation, so there must be something to do with either save being disabled, or the plugin having no parameters that is causing the issue.

I will post here as soon as it's fixed.

Did my test to compare v1.010 (haven't used v1.011) with v1.012 and v1.013. All three seem to work a little different (tried in a null test) - but v1.013 has the most open and "transparent" sound. Difference is subtle and kinda reminds me how better converters sound compared to lesser ones.

I've updated the trial version to return some dummy data when asked to save and now it passes auval just fine. You can grab the Au trial version of The Glue here:

The new filter as added in v1.0.12 and is identical in v1.0.13. This is listed in the "Fixed / New in v1.0.12 (10 Jun 2009)" section as:
* Updated post envelope follower low pass filter algorithm more closely match the analog response

So Andy, any idea (if you want to share) on what's next? The Glue is absolutely perfect and I'm stoked for whatever else you're going to be doing. It's amazing how quality a compressor this is and it's ending up all over the place here.
