The web site doesn't sell it for me - it's very amateur looking and certainly not what I'd expect from a company that wants 200 Euros from me for one product...

Indeed 'bizarre', you may call the price they're asking for this modeled Piano.
By far it doesn't sound and FEEL anything like Pianoteq.
It looks cheap as well.

200 EUROS for a windows VST only product with a very "homemade" GUI from a company with no reputation claiming to be physical modeling while having too large of a download for that to be really 100% true...

Please lets not attack the company and stay objective...
I just don't think that it sounds realistic at all, but that means not, that I have no respect for the develeopers as humans....

I'm just a beginner. I'm not an old pro and an expert like the rest of you, but I can't get notes to drop out even while trying. I have a quad, even though it's a beginner's quad it allows this piano to hold notes until the cows come home. I downloaded the Pianoteq demo. It has a very nice GUI and a lot of fancy adjustments that only old pros like yourselves would understand. BTW: Pianoteq had a very nice website.

Sonar wasn't able to quit after using this VST, there is no uninstaller, had to delete the folder manually after reboot.
The GUI is very cheap looking, you can't click the notes of the keyboard.
In standalone mode there is no asio option?!?
The sound is no match for Truepianos or Pianoteq (imho) and has some serious problems like some mentioned before...

I will try it again if it is a bit more mature!

Definitely seems only half finished. I'd give them a chance if there was a more professional approach to putting it on the market. Right now there is zero chance of me buying this as a finished product.

I don't believe that I said that it was better than any particular sampled piano, but I believe that it hangs in there. It could use a little more cajones on the low end, but I am extremely encouraged by the technology that the company says that it uses. Have you tried the demo?

I downloaded one of the demos, but it wasn't very dynamic. So I'm downloading another demo mp3 to see how different it is. The first one was alright, but nothing more than things like MDAPiano may offer(maybe slightly better). That demo was DEFINITELY not in TP or Pianoteq territory.

Which reminds me. Please, please, please, for the love of sanity, make your mp3 files available as clickable files that you can listen to in the browser. Why put them in zip files to download? I know that sounds lazy, but customers will get turned off by little things like that.

More thoughts later.
