Polyrhythmic sequencer by soultracker - is it gone forever?

Hi everyone.

i tried searching everywhere, including here and at archive.org. Seems like he disappeared off the face of the internet and its a shame.
Does anyone still have it and can upload it somewhere?(if its allowed of course)
