I really like irony !

Giant views ... little DL ... tiny replies ...

How was that with the azerbaijanian matrushka ?

The same system :D

 Hi drumity.
I have seen this and listened! Very nice, emotive piece. The story behind it really puts your music in context - kind of a elegaic sound. I am at work, on less than ideal speakers so I don't know if I "heard" it right, but the piano was a little bright/loud. <- that happens on computer multimedia speakers though. I really liked the sax and interplay with the piano. Thanks!

Hey ouroboros !

Thank you very much for listening and your thoughtful words ;-)

Originally this was a piano-solo piece and the piano owns the dominat part in the arrangement and the saxophone adds the spheric element !
This was the intention and in addition the piano is mixed in surround mode, which guide you to the next aspect:
Beein' surrounded and enclosed by warm sounds, chords and melodys, which are hopefully helpful by finding the way of truth :)

An introspective bump for the 3th advent ;-)

Hi, Drumity!

The piece is so beautiful that I'm in doubt wich of the two versions I like most. The piano solo has a magic touch and the sax spread the branches. I would like to listen the cello work also.

Superb track

Wow Diek !

Thank you very much for listening and the nice comment !
First when I composed the song I was not sure if it would reach and move many people !
Because the inspiration and thoughts behind the tune is so personal, that one
cannot estimate the same for others !
But just because of that it's very moving for me playing/listening this tune and if the "magic" jumped over ;-)

I guess this piece is one of the roundest compositions I ever made !

I am not sure if there ever will be a version with cello ...
schau mer mal ... as we say in german :)

Cheers

I have totally overlooked this !
You're right Slug !
I don't think that's possible technically ;-)

The sad news about the pass away of one of our last genius

ahoked me profoundly and stopped my musical work totally

The deep pain caused the memory of a painful loss

and my musical handling of that tough situation

So I heard again this composition of mine

and realised the power of healing the tune gave off once again

I dedicate "The Way OF Truth" to the king of pop

Mr. Michael Jackson

God bless you and I love you

I agree. The sax/piano combo works very well. I think you made the right call with the sax.

Good work :)

Thanks very much Tim !
Fortunately you didn't asked me with which notation software I programmed the piano-midifile
and how I did all the automation !
If you had, I would have killed all the alcohol at home :D

If you're going to drink, try a Wychwood Hobgoblin Ruby ale. That will help

I'm having one now :)
