Why are you asking people what they want ?
This is supposed to be a surprise no ? And a bit of fun no ?
You seem to be very upticght about it all JBM (vistit my site , Create an accour, Vote for this and that)
Chill out and enjoy the DC

I personally prefer to clog my own site instead of cloging KvR with unneeded polls.

Yeah right. I ask also because I'm kinda out of ideas.

If anyone needs ideas here are some of mine

Although I'm thinking of actually making something for the DC, I don't care if someone uses these.

Less than one week before the vote is closed. Right now the ear training tool is in lead with 2 votes, but that can still be changed. So... cast your vote and I'll focus on that.

No big deal. But I got a limited ammount of votes, but they gave me what I needed to know. Most of them was interested in an ear training tool, so I'm gonna make way fdor the project HearCaddy.

is this for serious?
we're actually down to asking people what they want now?
I can't decide if I'm more upset and disappointed from the "what will get me the most votes" aspect of this or the "what do you want so i don't have to think outside the box" aspect.
and then announcing what you're planning on releasing, isn't there a competition rule against that?
This is disappointing, things have certainly gone down a lot since the last DC...

Chris, seriously, if people chat about they'd like to see in DC09, it doesn't mean that things are going down !
Don't be disappointed, make us a surprise, and that's all.
But I agree : there shouldn't be such annoucements.

I've had no luck creating my ear trainer tool, so I might as well have to step back to designing yet another plugin.
