It install into C:/ Programfiles.......

But my Windows is on E:/

There's no option to select the right drive.
So no testing :(
Mhh, thats bad, the problem is for now Enchoir needs its files on C:\
(i did that to avoid missing file problems)

Can you just let it install on C:\? (Its no problem if Windows isn't on that drive, enchoir just needs the files on C:\)
("C:\Program Files\enchoir")

I that doesn't work, i will see what i can do about this in the next update, sorry!
I have a solution. It's not elegant. Create a batch file and drop it in programs/startup with the path to vstplugins (or whatever) assigned to logical volume V:.

SUBST V: D:\VSTPLUGINS

C:,D:, E:,F: where ever it is.

I don't know of a way to execute a dos-command/batch file on start up without a black DOS window poping open. It goes away but ??.. It won't work in autoexec.bat. I've tried.

Anyway the point is that you can assign logical drives on the fly and use a path like.

V:\myvst\myvstfiles

I haven't tried doing it from SE but it might be possible to do a temporary assignment when the plugin starts up and remove it on exit with.

SUBST V: /D

Just tried the demo... It sounds quite good, but uses 35% cpu on my 3.2ghz XP Dual Core.

FYI - Massive uses 7% playing three notes of the 'Rotary Experience' preset.

So for me, this is unuseable. :(

I have a problem with the installer.
It copies 5 cki files and an uninstaller in the directory
"program files\enchoir".
But where is the VST plug?
I cannot see a dll file

Can anybody help me?

Hi toshu,
thanks for the tip. I was very blind.

I just make a quick test. It sounds very good.
But at the moment I get very loud crackles so that it is not usuable
at the moment.
I think the reason is the cpu consumption.
I use a Pentium Core 2 3,0 GHz.
Without the crackles it would be fantastic!!!!!

Has anybody crackles too?

...improving the CPU usage is the next thing on my update list
