AlphaCM - Problems when Rendering MIDI with Program Changes

Description:
I am getting different results when I render a track using AlphaCM and Program Changes in a MIDI Clip in Reaper v3 or energyXT v1.

Steps in Reaper:
-- add Linplug's AlphaCM to a track,
-- create a MIDI Clip with two Program Changes,
-- select that track and use "Render selected tracks to stem track (and mute original)".
-- Several times, mute the track and repeated the Stem Render.

Results:
-- the stem track audio is different each time and never what is expected,
-- here is a snapshot of the results:

Expected result:
-- consistent Stem Renders
-- with the Program Changes taking effect in the correct places

Diagnostics:
-- If I remove the Program Changes from the Clip then the Stem Rendering for AlphaCM is OK.
-- If I try a different synth, the Stem Rendering looks OK:


-- all the stem renders are the same,
-- and I get the expected FX tail which isn't in the AlphaCM stem renders.

Is this an AlphaCM problem only, or does it occur with Alpha 3 too?

I not yet heard of a MIDI program change problem, only thing I can do for now is putting it on our list to check, cannot say when though.
