Hi Bradr great program cantabile... i love it.
I got the demo last week and was putting it through it's paces when I came across a huge problem. (the only problem in fact)
I have multi audio output vst instruments. for example halion 2 sampler has 4 separate stereo outputs, and 4 separate mono outputs. I can route different samples out to each output as I choose.
now, i need to put plug-ins on each separate output for example eq plug-ins.
This is crucial for my live gig setup.
But all I can do in cantabile is put a plug-in on the first stereo output of halion. The other outputs are unavailable.
Not having this ability makes the program completely unusable for me.
And that is depressing me, because I was so excited when I came across your software!
Are you going to implement this ability soon for cantabile?
Regards
Merry.

Hi merry,
Actually you can do what you're after - it's just not very intuitive how.
What you need to do is enable some extra auxillary channels on the master bus and use them to route between the different plugins. So say you want to route two mono outputs from Halion to two different eqs:
1. On the Setup tab, click Configure Master Bus, scroll down and enable aux channel 1 and 2
2. Insert Halion and the two eq plugins into a single rack, in that order
3. In the Halion slot, click the Tools drop down and select Audio Channels
4. Connect the two mono outputs you're interested in to Aux channels 1 and 2
5. Now bring up the audio channels for eq 1, click the Inputs radio button and assign aux channel 1 to the eq's inputs.
6. Repeat for eq 2 and aux channel 2
Get it? Like I said it's not very intuitive and I do have plans to improve it, though exactly how I'm not sure yet.
I hope this helps, please get back to me if you can't get it to work or if you have additional questions.
Otherwise, glad to hear you're enjoying Cantabile!
