Very good demo from Mike (mikusan @ KvR)!! 4 Pads, 1 Synth, 1 Arp and 1 Bass from 'Electroshock' + drumloops.

Not so stellar demo from myself, but at least you get to hear some of the sounds (1 Pad, 1 Arp, 3 Synths, 1 Bass, 2 FX + drumloop).

Thanks Mike & Peter, not the most original sounds, but surely something thats needed over and over again! Actually the b&b sounds are used more often than the original, exotic sounds

I wanted to do something else than 'experimental sounds that go on for minutes' or 'massively detuned supersaws' , so I went back to the origins of synthpop/electro!

It's a b&b soundbank like you would have found in an eighties synth (eg. Alpha Juno, Matrix 1000), minus the real instrument emulations, I just concentrated on usable synth sounds.

do you have some more information about the soundset? how many presets will it contain, what is the expected pricing and so on? i would be interested in a bread and butter soundset for cronox. if the patches would go in the same direction as your zebra and z3ta sounds than even more so.

The soundset will contain 90 patches divided in Arps, Bass, Pads, FX and Synths. I used a mimimum amount of samples (10 Mb Rar-file) and tried to let the synthesis engine of Cronox do all the hard work. You'll be surprised of all the sounds you can get with just a simple sine wave and a bit of noise!!
+ All the sounds have modulation assigned, you sometimes get a whole new sound just by moving the modwheel!

It's not like my other soundbanks, this is completely aimed at 80ties synthpop/electro, something I feel is missing in the latest soundsets of any synth. My other soundbanks contained some more modern dance sounds.

In good tradition, expected pricing will be 0€ (VAT included).
