Hi everyone. Here's a page where you can download my albums (free, CC licence by-nc-sa 3.0)

http://www.jamendo.com/en/artist/trustno1

I'm trying to mix of the influences from all the artists I love... Mike Oldfield, Genesis, The Cure, Vangelis, Porcupine Tree...

"Extractions" is a kind of compilation of things I've released for a year...

Here are direct links to downlad some tracks... the first has Porcupine Tree influences (less dark), the second one is curesque, and the last one is inspired by Oldfield/Genesis...

I'm using a lot of free vsti including Synth1, TB tapeworm, Falkelab Stringer, Karkli's stuff, GTG's VSTis, and Elektrostudio stuff on the last release...

Thanks for listening... :)
Maybe tell me what you think of it, give pieces of advice... :help:

currently listening to Celliwig - definite Hergset Ridge/ Ommadawn influence! Really good playing, clean mix, and choice of sounds :)

I look forward to listening to the others

Thank you very much for the comment. :) I'm glad you like it, especially the mix... I'm never really happy with the final sound I have.

How do we know you are not Steven Wilson in disguise? :)

Downloaded both albums. Time to listen to them for some inspiration

The mixing, sound choice and especially the guitar playing technique/tone/style sounds just like stuff he would do. And that's a compliment. Big Porcupine Tree fan here.

You are probabally not Steven Wilson, unless he recently converted to using a PC with native VST plugins. I know he has a fondness for using a Mac with Logic and Pro Tools with a zero latency TDM system. :hihi:
