Has there been a change in the way we're notified about referrals? (either giving or getting)

I ask because my order for the current IK group buy didn't have the usual notification that "You earned $5 in Epointz by referring.....etc."

In addition, I know some folks have referred me, but I haven't received any emails telling me this (yes, I've checked spam folders). I like to personally thank everyone who refers me (least you can do, right?) but there's no way of knowing if you don't get notified.

Sorry if I missed a recent memo on this, but if anyone knows, please enlighten me.

did you get the epointz even though you did not get the notification?

I am asking because I would of though for sure at least one person would of used atsbill but I never got any notifications or epointz that I know of.

That's something I can't really figure out. I have received Epointz, no question about it. But, for example, this afternoon, two people let me know that they just referred me and I didn't get any notice or additional Epointz (yet?).

Maybe it doesn't happen until after the group buy? But that wouldn't explain why MY order confirmation doesn't have the usual Epointz language. :shrug:

mmm I would think if you got others during this group buy you should of got the recent ones as well. :?

I didn't get that notice either, when I know I've seen it on other orders (can even still see them in my order history). And I also didn't get any epointz added to my account when I placed my order. Not even the 5 I get for myself just for making a purchase.

I hope it is because the pointz come at the end, otherwise it'll be email-to-Allen time again.

Come to think of it, I noticed an error message buried within the order confirmation screen after it accepted my order. I pasted it into a support ticket to esoundz in case it was something that needed fixing, but since it didn't seem to affect the order itself (everything went through OK) I didn't think much else about it until just now.

Maybe the error has something to do with the (possibly) missing pointz...?? Haven't heard back from support about it yet either, not even the autoreply. So yeah... maybe there's problems in eSoundz serverland??

Well, I'm glad I didn't miss any new policy stuff. And I'm sure Squids and the guys will get it sorted at some point.

No policies were changed but a few things were worked on relating to epointz the other day so we'll have to look into it. But, no worries, all of the info is still tracked and we'll correct it for you on Monday.
