I am trying to use freakoscope and the pc is asking what program i want to open it with, i thought it would just open when i clicked on it , but that doesnt seem to be the case.
ps. i have already posted the same question twice on the kvr forum, before i found this smart electronics forum.

It's a VST plugin. It needs a host program. It does'nt run on it's own.
Install it (unpack and drop it in your VST folder) and it will be availble as any other vst plugin.
