I reckon it's some sort of modular composition environment. A mix between Record, Bidule and Numerology with VST/AU support and many built in 'emulations' of synths and effects.

it is a baby-phone with Amplitube-Sampletank- and T-RockZ multi-controller funktion via weep and chupa-suck sensitive bubbles. A crossgrade for embrios will be available soon. No demo though.

IK's been trolling KVR and found one of the most important threads and finally updated "this plugin"! (or actually made one). Now, what does it do again?

usb\firewire mixer that allows you to emulate famous\vintage consoles .. with built in room correction and a tasty selection of IK effects.
The only way to really win any IK-related guessing contests is to go for the obvious:
fanfarecircuit will hate it...

Hm... If I were to have to guess, I'd look at their product line and see what's missing. DAW... already mentioned so the only thing left is some sort of sequencer/groove deal. Maybe something to go up against Maschine? Imagine Maschine with the AI abilities of a Jamstix or mDrummer... That would be interesting indeed. I'd love to see them take what they know about modeling amps and apply it to a virtual analog instrument too, but for some reason that doesn't seem in their style.Andrew Bach IK wrote:C'mon guys! Whatever it is, could you hold off on it a little while Andrew? I've got a few other things on my list that I need to get first.

Maybe a small hardware multitracker that loads instances of their various plugins within the channel strips? I would be interested in something like that.
I wouldn't be interested in another tool that basically unites an existing set of plugins under one hood. "An exciting new opportunity to buy all of our stuff again!" type of thing. No thanks!

Ah! I know what it is! It'll be a virtual heat shimmer emulator! Based on an algorithmic emulation of a NYC pizza oven!
