Max
And I thought it was just me that was partial to Intro. Galileo sounds fine and dandy though.

Congrats to the comp winners by the way!

Right, I now have a list of all the synths suggested/overlooked/deferred pending further consideration for an OSC since the first comp!

A chore right enough, but actually it was really nice to read back and be reminded of some of the fantastic work thats been put together, and that rich element of mutual support and encouragement that has been a constant feature of the OSCs.

It's also nice to read the messages of thanks from many of you for the 'work I've put in', which actually makes it less like 'work' :) ... there comes a point where something you are a part of, becomes a part of you ... and that point was reached some time ago .... so I just wanted to say thanks again to everyone who has done their bit, however big or small, to keep this project running for nearly 6 months now :o
.... from the now banned Nameless' excellent idea, ( launched on Valentines Day! ... feel the love Nameless? :hihi: :hihi: ), the OSCs have become a labour of love for me ... and I'm really glad I took it upon myself to run with it.
I hope Nameless, despite being justifiably banned, can at least look in on how it's turning out and be satisfied that his idea has been appreciated, embraced and nurtured.

Ok, enough of that :hihi:

Its looking more like Galileo is 'stripped and warming up for the kick off!'
Anymore comments on Felix to follow? Would you like me to post that list with Felix added? Or do we do Felix after Galileo but I post the list anyway? Variety versus focus!! ... tricky! :hihi:

Yeah, anything on my site is on another similar site which have a bee as logo and sell my music as ringtones. I've wrote to them to ask to remove my stuff but they never replied.

These sites scan the net for MP3 links and automatically add what they found to their list. The workaround is to use flash MP3 file players and avoid to put MP3 links inside the HTML code.

Those bastards! :x

To be honest when I've found my stuff on that site I was in some way honored and the day after I've showed to some people that my stuff is available for download... The reaction? "Wow, you are famous" :hihi:

After all it's free advertising (I doubt someone will put my music on his iPhone :hihi:)

...on the other hand, I also share a page with a less than savoury collection!

Yeager, Max, do you think instead of having a poll next time, we could judge the comp by how many sites the tracks are available as ringtones?? :hihi:
