They haven't been made since the 80's (or thereabouts) and it is really simple but suprisingly effective. It is, as someone stated above, basically a spring reverb tank. It attaches at the bridge and ratchets in at the butt of the guitar. Further research shows they may have only made a few thousand of these (probably for a good reason). I do think it is neat on a nylon string acoustic, though. Kinda hard to keep it under control on a steel string.
