Can someone help me out with these chords in this song:

The harpsichord style thing at 0:12 I think are the chords Cm G# Fm G and that flute part following the notes of those chords? It also appears at the end.

Also is the piano riff that goes through the song (descending notes): g f d# d c b c d c b?

It seems like you've got it. But really it's Ab and Eb, not G# and D#. This is a pretty typical C minor progression.
