Maxx if your out there in the kvr world listening thank you for such a fat and different sounding va ! This thing has provided such amazing basses, leads, pads, you name it I've gotten it out of this synth ! Anyway I just thought it would be cool if any other sawer user could chime in on this thread share what they like or maybe even dislike about this plug to give others a good idea about what's going on with this bad boy.

Just bought this one last night. Amazing job. I think it may be my favorite VA. Some see limitations, I see elegance and personality.pinnowj wrote:Maxx if your out there in the kvr world listening thank you for such a fat and different sounding va ! I probably shouldn't have worded it like that as I feel that most of the VAs I have (and I'm a bit of a junkie) have great things about them. This one hits a certain spot though. Not quite sure how to describe the overall tone but it's very up front, present and a bit on the brash side, crunchy, not brittle. Warm. I went head to head with it on a couple of synths. Sylenth1, Ultra Analog and Twin 2, and there's this giant woodish crunch tone it does better than all three of them. Just check it out and see, I initally balked at it because it more or less brought my laptop to it's knees on a few patches, but with a new computer I figured I'd give it a second look and I was surprised at how much I took to it.grymmjack wrote:zc; favorite va? really.. whoa. i'll have to re-demo it. i respect your opinion.

it's a fun little synth ! great basses and lots of other stuff. it really is the sound and character that makes this synth in a place of its own. not really the go to or better than the rest kinda vibe but unique and limited in a good way. it brings me back to the simplicity of synth programming and trying to work with what i got.

That's a good way of putting it. In a world where synths have so many options it's often interesting to just get into a high end synth with a basic architecture.pinnowj wrote:it's a fun little synth ! great basses and lots of other stuff. it really is the sound and character that makes this synth in a place of its own. not really the go to or better than the rest kinda vibe but unique and limited in a good way. it brings me back to the simplicity of synth programming and trying to work with what i got.
