How loud are they at the flat mixer settings?
Did you have to boost the levels?

These drums do sound superb. I know, eventually I will buy them and I don't do metal, either. I love the Jojo_Mayer_Solo.mp3 track you did -- the kit, and especially the toms, sound great. Very, very nice.

The louder drums are around 0db if the master volume is set to 0, but considering you have the master volume control, they can really be whatever you want.

I am curious why this is a concern however?

Some libraries are a bit soft;the original dfs,hit -7dbfs with the master
fader at 0.There are also some libraries go over 0dbfs.
