are there any updates planned?
Since Peavey owns it, nothing is going on anymore.
It is sad, because I really like the basic sound and the playability of the amps.
Best, Tom

Hello
Yes, there will be an update for bugfix coming. We don't have a date yet, but that is certain. Any news on that matter, I'll post over here.

But aren't you planning any new features?
To me it looks like the software has reached it's final state since Peavey bought it.

2 out of 3 people replying were complaint based and you ignored both
BTW I wont go to the forum and start anything so don't worry, I just posted my experience here to see what if any was you response. I really expected "I'm sorry....", but I got ignored again.

I'm sorry, but I think I missed that. We are working to improve Revalver support, and this has started a few weeks ago. And of course, we are sorry to lose a customer since you haven't got a response to your questions, but as I stated, we are currently working to improve it for everyone.Hink wrote:2 out of 3 people replying were complaint based and you ignored bothBTW I wont go to the forum and start anything so don't worry, I just posted my experience here to see what if any was you response. I'll forward your request to the appropriate person. Is there anything else I can do to help you regarding Revalver?Shy wrote:Lower the upgrade price. Significantly.

As I said on PM some days ago, no, thanks. I'll just say that the first place to start with support is to not charge Mk II users a huge amount of money for the same product with a few very minor changes and some new "presets". I would like to keep receiving updates and not stay with buggy software in the future, but an extra 200 bucks for that offers no incentive, plus adds aversion.

I wish you luck Jacare, I firmly believe that customer service is a great place for companies to get a leg up. Thanx for the response

I too own Revalver and Revalver MkII and was turn off by the upgrade policy that Peavey implemented. Now to find out that was married with no support really makes me glad that I did not jump at the "opportunity." I do like MkII. Peavey is going to have to do some work to get my business.Jacare wrote:Hello everyone
