As far as i can see, there is no "cut-off" price for Sonik Synth 1 users wanting to upgrade to Sonik Synth 2. No upgrade price.
Is it correct or am i missing something?

I don't think that there is an upgrade from SS1 to SS2 (I could not see one on the IKMM site).

There was an opportunity to upgrade from SS1 to SS2 for a discount. Now simply everyone gets it for a discount that was the same as the old upgrade price. You can get it here: http://www.esoundz.com/details.php?ProductID=244
