The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

I keep thinking of picking up Revalver myself, but the demo had a tendency to crash when I assigned any MIDI controllers for automation

that's great news for MKIII owners. As a happy MKII owner the downside was there were a lot of midi bugs, that got never fixed within more than a year by Michael from Alienconnection at that time.Jacare wrote:

I wanted to sell my MKII license, but learnt it was not allowed. Does the license transfer policy change now too? You can sell GR3 or IK Multimedia stuff (albeit the IK plugins only with a high transfer fee).

Hats Off Jacare...This is not an easy position to be put in and you handled everything very well, as you always do. I've said many times before, KVR will be the proving ground for the support team...and all these people have valid points. They will now be addressed, and just link Hink did everyone should make sure their questions are answered. Thats what this team is for. There are 9 members, and they are only human like all of us. Sometimes they may miss a question, but, missing a question and just being ignored are 2 different things, these guys will never knowingly ignore you.
PV did not do this on purpose either, they just did not have the "software" team setup before now, but they have taken these steps to address the support issues, and hopefully we can help out. So, any support questions can usually be answered by the support team, but there is an escalation process in place for things that they cannot answer.
When a support team member says they are forwarding the question, what happens is the support question gets escalated to the next rung of support, and keeps going up the ladder until it finally reaches the developers. So, in some cases you may not get an instant answer, thats because the "help" ticket has been escalated. In a situation where you have not got an answer for a while, simply email your support contact and they will get their Bic Lighter out and light a fire under someone's butt.

Anyway maybe im wrong but 199$ for an upgrade seems to be the most expensive upgrade I have never seen for a software of this type.
Too much IMO
