My bad - it does work!

Click "Learn", wiggle the frequency slider on Ultrawah, then feed it a CC message (e.g., move your mod wheel); the result is your mod wheel now modulates the wah frequency.

You are welcome. Learn also works on the IO switch for controllers like the FCB-1010.
