PadSynth Algo Credit wording please

I have used your padsynth algorithm in a project.
Can you please tell me the exact wording I should use to
credit you for your code.

Also, is it ok if I emulate the look and feel of the padsynth GUI.
Mainly the blue bell shaped graphic for harmonic profile distribution.

You may say something: "PadSynth algorithm by Nasca Octavian PAUL" or something like this.
Have you seen the (public domain) example implementation of PadSynth from its webpage?
