i've had some epointz for a long time

I haven't used them cuz most of the sound demos don't work...click play, nothing

kinda frustrating to find a title I might want but the demo doesn't play

I haven't had this problem. Are you missing a flash application or something that's required for the demos?

Also, have you tried the downloadablesoundz.com site instead of the Esoundz site?
Pointz work there without restriction, and you should be able to get sound demos of everything there.

What browser and OS are you using? Try refreshing the page and see if the player comes up.

Can you give an example of one that works and one that doesn't? Also which broswer are you using?

I noticed the demos that don't play at esoundz don't have a play button at downloadablesoundz

Is it just that demo or a bunch of them? If you let us know which ones - send it in an email to allen (at) esoundz (dot) com. It's best to contact support directly since each person's browser is different etc.

I clicked the SampleTank link and i went through all the resulting pages (tho not all sounds of course) and there are way too many. As I randomly clicked it seemed like less than half worked, pretty frustrating

to help you out a bit, I just did this again. I randomly chose page 13 from the SampleTank link. of the 24 sounds on that page, 13 did not work
