Still didn't receive anything, sent also e-mail to support @ cytomic .. Checked the mail server's junk folder but nothing there either. Strangeness!

Not sure what has gone wrong here, but I've reset your password manually. I probably need to upgrade the default way email is sent from the web page engine.

Yeah, the engine I'm using is a little verbose in parts, I'm not really sure the seconds part is needed!

How about adding even msec's?

Wanted to try the trialversion, but somehow it won't work in my host.
OpenMPT gives me an error stating that it is not a valid VST.

The newest version is the same 1.0.14 that was e-mailed to existing customers a while back. Also, you can download the newest version from the Cytomic website once you register your account. As long as the e-mail addresses match up, your The Glue license will appear in the "My Account -> Downloads" section of the site.

If my short-term memory doen't play tricks on me, I also had to enter my 'registration name' - which I just guessed because my DAW is far away - before the download action got loaded.

From the web page:

Minimum System Requirements
* Vst 2.4, Au, or Rtas compatible host (Rtas windows still to come) that can handle 4 in 2 output plugins
* Mac: OS 10.4/10.5, ppc cpu with altivec or intel cpu sse2
* Win: XP/2000, intel cpu with sse2

Does your host / computer meet these?
