Is the source license free of Steinberg encumbrances? (Serious question.)

I prefer the arrow button for MIDI menus. The way you had it in the previous mockups.

The background of LMMS is very easy to change indeed, and that's an area that needs a bit of work. At the moment it's a vague blue-black haze, and could look a lot nicer. Some kind of brushed metal with the same hue would be brilliant. It needs to be small and tile correctly (e.g so each texture blends together)"

I would be willing to skin the entire thing, from head to toe. As well as make visual interface enhancements, that could hopefully be implemented into the U.I.
Hell yes Cusis! Your new design is beautiful.

Eww, it's better without the sharpening. :/
I like it better WITH the sharpening!

Great work Cusis, I think your theme will really take LMMS to the next level.

Cusis-

Your theme is stunning. I can't wait to start implementing it! Mmmm juicy knobs... 8^) Keep up the fantastic work. I have already dumped all our editors and have started reimplementing them. The new editors take everything we've learned over the last few years and combines it with newer Qt technology which promises faster performance.

This is also a time for innovation. Please tell us of certain things that you (or anyone else) have suggestions for. This includes layout issues, workflow issues, mouse and keyboard mapping, etc. Now is a great time for people to let us know of these things. We don't want to change dramatically, but now is a great time to work out some issues.

Again great job! I think my one criticism so far is the Mixer. It looks great, but because the sliders are full-width, it is impossible to see the precise level, this may particularly be bad, since the level tends to be near the slider. Maybe its not such a big issue, or maybe we only show sliders if the window has focus..

Cusis - did you design the IL Ogun skin? Because that looks a LOT like it.

yeh i did..not. I am taking a lot of inspiration from image lines latest art work. Obviously i have to re create the design so to not get busted. The only part of the design that is still to be re created is the digital number boxes, and the piano keys, which i used as a point of reference.
