Is bundles allowed?

Since I'm developing my entry as open source I'm intresting in supplying the underlying tool that I've designed to simplify the workflow of editing the sounds in my project. That's why I want to suggest that bundles should be allowed this year as last time when Xoxos won the competition with SON. What do you say about that?
