14+ minutes of kinda random percussive sounds.
untrained
It's repetitive enough to ignore but random enough to be occasionally interesting. I thought it sounded cool.

...I dunno, I really dig it-- does that mean I have good taste, or does that mean I have deep-rooted psychological issues?! Probably a little of both... anyway, nice one!
I am the musical equivalent of a brick...

Indeed it does sound cool Justin. Actually I found it very soothing. I kept thinking of the kits one could create from this as well.
Crazy high frequency stuff happening in there too.

Well, people who run cafes think classical music is ... something,, enough to ignore (background muzak) but it chafes my hide considerable, always a challenge to block it out.justin3am wrote:

So, I will download this and see if I can ignore it better than television.

Thanks guys, I put "you'll probably hate it" because I figured the people that would like it would click anyway.
I programmed the basic sequence into that, it's controlling 4 separate voices on my modular. I didn't bother tuning anything. 1 voice is an FMd oscillator, another is two ring modded oscillator, another is a wave shaped oscillator, and last but not least a voice based on the Wogglebug's ring mod output.
The sequencer was clocked to Numerology's master tempo and the whole thing was sent as a mono mix into Reaktor.
I futzed with my RePlague granular delay via my Kaoss pad and tweaked oscillators on the modular with a joystick. You know fun stuff.
Cheers!
It's all sequenced with this little CV/Gate sequencer... Seq02Howdja do it?

No prob, I'll even post the pre-reaktor, unprocessed files.would you be wiling to post it in wav for people to chop
