The japanese import of DS-10, is region blocked. The japanese version does not work on a european dsi. b@stards at Nintendo, seems back to the 80-ies to me.

Bastads! Lucky I didn't order it then. Actually I remember reading about the DSi being region locked before it was launched. I think it was going to apply to all new cards, so older ones still work cross region on the DSi. Oh well. We'll just have to wait until the fookers release it over here!Plieuw wrote:The japanese import of DS-10, is region blocked. A cartridge-based system is what's totally 80's. I realize they're concerned about piracy but they really need to go full-throttle with the DSiWare so that one just can download everything directly onto the unit and not have to lug around a ton of cartridges... (I really like the dumbass purikura program but there's no way I would carry around a cartridge of the stupid thing)Miro wrote:The japanese import of DS-10, is region blocked. Are you referring to the "Adult Science" Limited Edition version? That's the one I have and it took a bit of searching before I snagged the last copy at a not-so-nearby electronics store. The normal version is everywhere (at least around here in Kanagawa...)Miro wrote:Online stores had sold out and had REAL trouble finding it in downtown Tokyo (Akihabara) today - sold out everywhere!
No, but this is... Family Mart Jingle & Canon D Remix on the DS-10Kriminal wrote:you are all highly gay
(I'm typically there for a good ten minutes or so every time I go shopping so the average Family Mart employee hates me because I'll chime along every time a customer enters the store. I also sing along at Yamada Denki and Don Quixote...
This one is even worse!
