anyone know of any thing similar to the chord house site (http://www.looknohands.com/chordhouse/piano/) that I can use offline? Or (on the off chance) anyone know if there is a software or a way to save the website and the java script to use it offline?

Nutchords might be ok for you.?
http://www.brothersoft.com/nut-chords-32-6329.html
There's a fairly big inbuilt database of chords and scales.
Displays its output to both piano keyboard and guitar fretboard.
Its free and works offline.
Note quite as advanced as chordhouse which displays the intervals, has a larger database and saves.
