Have you tried the update? It's working now for 3 people in Reaper.

The "update" is the 1.1.2, as I wrote in the original post:)

The original download was 1.1.2 for me too, but after using the update the crashing is gone. Either reloading the .dll has cured the problem, or the original installer had the wrong .dll. I've tested it to death and it won't crash any more.

Maybe this has nothing to do with hosts, but some other factor like ASIO drivers...

I haven't changed my drivers, but I did update and the crashing stopped.
Maybe the .exe is buggy and does not install correctly? Several people have updated and the crashing has stopped. It's worth trying to reinstall to see if it works. Mine works perfectly now.

I know this won't help the majority of you but i've had no problems with this in Acid 7

or as a standalone.

Can't believe that Acid wasn't an option

Yes, crashing in Live 8 here, only when changing patches (and only sometimes - but will always do it once per "preset previewing session", so to speak). Live freezes and you have to kill the process.

I've done as suggested and downloaded the 1.1.2 update from the AAS site and installed that but it still crashes.

Glad I spotted this thread, I thought it was just me!

Yes for FLStudio 8, although still using the demo here as the AM monkeys appear to be sleeping, or smoking crack, or whatever..

Both UA and Tassman are crashing Kore2 (standalone) on OSX 10.6.1 when closing the GUI windows here. Have reported to Eric at AAS, who is looking into it today.

I answered Live, and no crashes, but I spoke too soon. I have had a few crashes when changing patches since then. I'm on a mac OSX 10.5.8 using Ableton Live 8.05.
