Here's something a bit odd.
Today, AlphaCM lost track of its presets.
-- when I opened it, the Preset panel showed a folder in the host program's folder (so it just read "driver" and "---")
-- normally, it shows "AlphaCM" and "BAS_Backward_TC",
-- the preset folders are there on disk and have not been moved,
-- if I clicked on the folder icon to the left the correct folder was opened and I could then access all the presets,
The problem was still there after a complete reboot of my system.
I ended up uninstalling AlphaCM and reinstalling it. Now it is working OK.
Any ideas what went wrong?

Thanks DarkStar, not really. Maybe for some reason the registry entry got corrupt, however, never heard of such thing before.

OK, thank you
If it ever happens again I'll check the Registry item.

Not sure if checking the registry will shade light, a fresh install should be done in a minute and fix the problem, so you went the right way already
