I sent my info a couple of weeks ago and have not heard back. Went ahead and sent the info again. Do we register at both Papen and linplug sites?

I got my albino serial back in 2 hours on a saturday, maybe you have a spam filter on ?

Or you sent a wrong or incomplete serial, we not confirm on wrong serials. If the serial is ok, and you are registered, you get a reply within 12 hours almost always.

It's taken care of now. I have no clue what the issue was. I checked carefully and sent the EXACT serial over multiple times. But it is done now. Thanks
