No, seriously, I think there's a vast difference between learning things on guitar, compared to keys.
There's some common things, though. I.e., you could just start to learn your basic 4-part chord inversions (defenitely more of a hassle on keys, compared to what it's like om guitar) and then replace certain notes in favour of their extensions, pretty much the same as for guitarists, just that your fingerings would probably look entirely different. On pianos/horns/reeds and what not different keys (unfortunately?) "feel" absolutely different, too.
