Thats some funny stuff...

Too much time on their hands ;)

How many times are they going to overdub that clip? Didn't they do that with a couple of other things (I know I seen that before OD'ed and subed )

I only use Trilogy for the synth sounds, why put another 30+ Gigs of electric bass samples into Trilian but very few new synth basses?

If Trilian wants to be the one-stop-shop for bass sounds, I think they should have put way more synth basses into it. Only two Pro-1 samples, 3 from the P5? No DX basses (Lately, etc). No SH2 etc.....

Clearly not from a bassists perspective

I don't know what trilogy had, but I'm anxious to hear those foderas and the chapman stick!

I think it's in the FAQ section that they said that the synth patches are just the demo part. Hundreds of new patches will be available soon.

Look around the web , read and learn then you will gain the knowledge that a lot more synth basses are planned for the Trillian library in future updates just like more sounds were added to Omnisphere via updates.

I'm the fourth one in a row to quote this guy. I feel like I'm socially accepted, at last.

Well I love Spectrasonics as a company and their products but frankly, Eric's non existence in the forum is somewhat troubling me as there are many questions raised and unclear points about Trilian as a product.
I'm sure he's probably busy with setting up the videos and such but a representative of Spectrasonics should be here at the launch of their new product....IMO of course.

as much as a fanboy I am, I must agree with you, especially with the DX basses..
I never even noticed they were missing

wow didn't really realize it'd be asking for 4 gigs of ram. i am eventually upping my 2 to 4 but haven't done so yet... i didn't have the impression that this bass synth could be that complex to need 4 gigs but what do i know... back to the research
all he had upstairs was a crude light...

I also agree on the lack of synth samples. I expected more, especially after the Omnisphere videos where we can see the Spectra team can get their hands on a lot of vintage stuff.

But hey I don't have trilogy so this will be good enough for my needs, it's just the usual perverted craving for more more MORE :hihi:

I'm certain we'll be seeing extra stuff added in the future, either in updates as free extra content or expansions
In process of making music that reeks of turd
