host is MakingWaves Studio
scanned into host correctly but when I attempted to create a track the host refused with an error warning report (but no error codes)

I found the problem this morning, sorry about the delay, we had a blackout in the nieghborhood, easy fix, give me an hour, i'll have it updated in a min.

The problem seems to be that page 2 has no loaded wav files, when you go directly to page 2, three files are missing. waves studio is looking for those wav files or any wav files, fix will be posted in an hour.
