Ableton Live missing sample

Hi, cause of some computer issue i ve lost some old sample of ableton live

i need them to end a song, if someone could load them or send them on my email i ll be grateful!

the sample are

a-low tom gretsch 1 large room
a-snare cm1 reverb a
a-snare leedy 1 r
drumrock-hat-closed
drumrock-snare3
e-kick1

Agreed. If you've had a computer problem you might also fix problems that you haven't found yet.

What about Ableton support? I'm not sure what the policy is on lost media, but maybe there's something that can be done?

Contact Ableton support to clear the matter. All your serials should be registered with them, so it shouldn't be a problem.

If it's the default library you are missing, then all of that should be downloadable via downloads on the Ableton website (even for 7 and previous versions).

If it's Session Drums you are missing, then they can send you a new copy, since your serial will simply unlock the content.

Have you installed the Live7 Legacy Pack for Live8? It contains all the samples from 7.

now i havent the 7 cd

Have you lost the CD? Do you still have your serial number? If you need the Live7 installer the latest version is available in the latest versions section of the website. Your serials will still be in your account.

Good stuff Jak666! As elxicano hinted at, the Legacy downloads from Ableton are a fantastic resouce. I was looking for a particular instrument sound from the Live 5 Library, to use in Live 8 recently. Nothing compared to it. I was able to download the Legacy-Pack from Ableton and that got me up and running in no time at all!
