I've been trying to get that particular lead sound for quiet a while: (comes in right from the beginning)
I've been using two Square OSCs, one of them detuned by 7 cents fed through a low pass filter. The filters envelope is: medium attack, medium decay, no sustain, no release. The amps envelope is: no attack, medium decay, no sustain, no release. I turned on unision and have a compressor running with a high ratio, the treshold just under the peaks, medium attack, short release.
I can't think of anything more, and it still doesn't sound right.
I guess chords are played, but which chords excactly?
I'm using Massive and Ableton Live btw.

Sounds to me like a sample being played back, as it kinda slows down when it drops down.

I made this track with Alex , and it's a sample based track. You can find samples like this in the most famous sample packs (loopmasters, vengeance).
It's a chord stab, maybe you can use melodyne to find the right chord?

No kidding? You made that remix? Very cool. 
However I'm sorry that I'm not satisfied with samples. I mean, it must have been synthesized somehow in the first place, and I want to know how to archieve such a sound.

Try this mate.
As for the synth settings, I was able to pretty closely replicate it with a single oscillator, used a saw. Gentle 12db/octave low pass filtered, don't worry bout the cutoff for now. The important part are the two envelopes.
The first is the amplitude envelope. immediate attack, quick decay, like .15 second, linear slope. No sustain. Small release, maybe .25 second.
The second envelope is for the filter cutoff. It will raise the start the cutoff high, briefly, and go back to a lower range. Immediate attack, quick decay of about .5 second, fast non-linear slope. No sustain, no release. Tweak your filter's main cutoff control in conjunction with your envelope's amount to taste.

I used the Camel Phat filter for the filter on the stab. In the beginning of the track I used the free Classic reverb back in the days (before the filter). I made it a year ago, but it still sounds not that bad hehe.
