True, I did say that, but it was sort of an exaggerationvurt wrote:you said you wanted somethin else it has an x/y pad(great for mysteron control) and a joystick pluus keyboard knobs n sliders n buttons too
I am quite happy with my UC33, but that x/y pad for the mystery effect.. yeah, to be able to record that, yeah I'd make more use of that FX for sure....
Ehmmm, okay yeah I do need one...

Welcome W_A_P
I think what would be good here btw.
that each of us offer a special created loop of one single sound in a specific tempo...
We can then all use from that little 'library' - each can choose one eg. and build on that....
That way you get different tracks which because of the same tempo can be put together as a project...
I got way too much idea's here, but this was just a thought, to make it a bit coherent (I think

To hear someone sing in your dream, signifies emotional and spiritual fulfillment. You are changing your mood and experiencing a more positive outlook in life.
or
To hear the sounds of a frog in your dream, signifies that you visit with friends will not accomplish anything that you wanted it to.
naaaaah, we're gonna do good!

picture it
sicily 1999
a young man armed with only an unplugged electric bass I radio shack microphone and a copy of soundforge
is sitting in his room with the neck of the bass pressed to his forehead meditating on the sound his fingers are making as they tap on the frets.
what he hears is so nice he grabs the microphone, tapes it to the body of the bass and starts tapping again.
he's not really sure what to do with it so it collects dust on a cdr for 4 years.
ok it wasn't sicily..work with me..I'm tellin a story here
anyway maybe this could be used somewhere

I had trouble sleeping for a short period ca 10 years ago. (never have any problems otherwise, always dreaming about giant leaps, flying, running through space in hypersonic speed ect..)
So I listened to music using headphones while sleeping during that short period.
In my dream I was listening to music through headphones (figures!) but after a while I got tired
of it and took the headphones off... but the music
was STILL playing in my head!!
I started to panic but had a long logic think trough
coming up with the conclution that all this listening
had created a tinnitus like imprint in my brain where
I had to face the fact... I had to listen to Duran Duran in my head for the rest of my life!
Then I woke up... And I have never listened to music
while sleeping ever since!

I'm off to bed.... to dream of ......
naaaaah, no music today, or I'd have to sleep in my easy chair.....
loved that bass opia..... there's some really cool notes going on, and the sound has a nice body!

Way out psychoacoustics, man! I can't explain it, but the frog loop is strangely calming. I'm into the dream music collaboration, please post more info when this happens.

All,
I have made a project page entitled, "Dream Sequencers" over at Futurehaus.com. Please send me a private message here on KVR with the following information so I can post the list of participants on the Futurehaus project page:
http://www.futurehaus.com/projects/projects-main.cfm
1. Full name
2. KVR name
3. City and Country where you live
4. An email address where I can reach you (I won't post this online)
5. Your web page URL if you have one. See the "On the Sea" project page to get an idea what I am going to do with this information. Thanks.
I'll give you all FTP information once I have a solid list of people. Then we can begin to upload loops for collaboration in a specific tempo.
