Ocean Way Drum MIDI Drum Issue

Purchased OWD Silver (Thanks for making that available Squids!;-) And I have a strange Tom issue....
When I load the "Snare Off" Version there is a strange slap back echo type thing happening.

When I load the "Snare On" Version it sounds better but then it sounds like the MIDI velocity values are not changing in the lower numbers so I get a machine gun effect.

Running Sonar 7PE
No effects

Loaded library twice and defragged both times.
Looking for other troubleshooting options if anybody can think of them...
