I've been reading up on Bad Buss Mojo and it looks great. I'm downloading the demo now.
I'm wondering are there any freeware alternatives to this? Would I get similar results with Bootsies Tessla Pro, Ferric TDS and Voxengo's Tube Amp?

The beta version of Reaplugs includes "reajs" which will let you load JS plugins in a VST wrapper including the JS versions of Stillwell's plugs.

it's already at home in my mastering-chain. for a little "warming"
i prefer it over vintage warmer in the mastering-situation.
though, i still use vintage-warmer for specific guitar-treatment.

No doubt you've alread read my SOS review of the excellent Bad Muss Mojo, which I found to be really versatile:

I haven't come across anything since that's quite as versatile, and I do feel duty bound to point out that the full version of BBM is only $39 (under £24 at current exchange rates).
