On nº 14 in the UrbanDictionary :

<<Acronym for f**king Illinois Shit Head.

Used in the Great Lakes states (other than Illinois) to describe obnoxious tourists from Illinois, especially from Chicago. The term is especially common in Door County, Wisconsin.>>

Fish from the 70's...

Let's see what else the dictionary offers, but I'll keep Echo Voodoo's loophole in mind ! :D

Ciao,

Max... .. . :P
Carpo diem ergo sum !

Post

Nº 58 : A Jewish replica of everyone that sings the song "Twinkle twinkle little star" while eating cheese in a yellow bathroom with a blue toilet seat with orange polka dots.

Nº 65 : a euphemism for f**k. when you're around people who hate swearing.

Dear Master Scoops, it's not that I object to already having next months submission thread per se, but the number of stickies in the music café is getting quite ridiculous now...

Also Scoops, you initially said next month would be a genre theme, now its "70's style songs about fish"? WTF?
"a confession without need of absolution, without need of redemption"

Sounds like disco to me :hihi:

The theme only seems to work if it can engender endless Tower of Babel debates about what it means, doesn't mean and more importantly who's broken the rules by trying to shoe-horn some bizarre work of art into its narrow confines.

Fear not, Scoops knows what he's doing. It's a lot more fun this way... :hihi:

Damn it, there's something wrong with this radio. Honey--no, listen--honey, pick a station. I'm buying a new antenna tomorrow. (With a little less of the acid bath, productionwise, I'd like this even more. Again I'm not sure whether my liking it means success or failure.)
Thanks for reviewing all these songs :)

Cheers

Nothing personal but I couldn't help but crack up at which word in that phrase you decided to censor. I guess the rest of it was not that offensive, huh?

He probably didn't censor it at all..the board automatically turns it into f**king by default.

You've got a good f**king sense of humor though!  8)

Oh, it's good to know.

I've got nothing against free speech, mind you, in fact I typically avoid typing in any words that might trigger any censoring mechanisms in order to keep from being reminded of such things. Respect is good, though, no?

So, I guess the lesson is that the KVR Gods would't mind if one were to refer to folks from a state of our union in such a manner.

If expressionism holds, we have to choose between dialectic desituationism and Lyotardist narrative. It could be said that the premise of pretextual rationalism states that language is capable of social comment.
:) I thought you'd bring that up! Now, I'll have to go back and listen again before determining if either of us are on the same ontological wavelength as the sine wave generator itself.

It could be said...

It might actually 'make' some people, yet 'break' others fairly quickly. I'm about 2:00 in; think I can listen all the way through. You know, if a person were to listen to this for a long time, they might start seeing stuff, or have a seizure; or both.
:) awesome! i was aware my music had the capacity to delight both young and old alike, but this is new ground i'm breaking! 8)

Many thanks to the following wonderful people for the reviews
Echo Voodoo: It's an honor to be in Freddy's company :D
LauraMichelJarre: Wow I actually know that Moskau song .. but didn't steal the melody (at least not consciously) funny, they say my music nowadays sounds very Russian.. that accent is pretty much a central/eastern European thing I guess :D
Gamma-UT: Yeah that's what I get for mixing with me field boots on.. :D
mrblitz000: Much too kind of course
D.H. Miltz: Agreed, saving them for the broadway production. It'll end with a 16-ton weight falling on that awful Emulator II.
folderol: Much too kind of course. Singing is messed up because I ate the wrong things that day :D

Cheers Matt
