Actually, lets make sure ACE doesn't include any Unison, Ensemble, Chorus, Doubling, or a modulated delay, because we must stay away from the devil that is supersaw!!

Not sure what you mean with "political reasons"

What do a synth's (lack of) features have to do with politics?

You seem to have completely misunderstood that one completely.
One can do some of the fattest, thickest super mega saws wit ACE that are possible. Up to 4 oscillators (the LFOs can act as "normal" oscillators) plus 8 times stacking can make it as big and broad as you like. And you can call those presets SUPERSAW.

Unfortunatly, I hafta to agree on this. On about 50% of the presets holding down 2 keyz (just 2!) drives my 'puter into the 80-90 percent range.

But, the price to own some of Urs work makes it SUPER tempting.........

Wow, so I assume Mama Architeuthis never taught you about how having a sense of humor will help you live longer?

By the way guys, you know you can scale back the CPU usage, right? Just keep it low for patch design/composition, and then crank it up back up when you're rendering. Then again, people are probably just looking for something to complain about it, because it's not Omnisphere.

I personally am completely enamored with ACE.
