We're in the process of transferring our website hosting to a new company. Hopefully it'll all go smoothly, but there is a potential chance that there may be a small interruption in the normal service.
If our website appears to be down, or any of our mail addresses appear to be unavailable don't panic, it's just our domain being redelegated. Normal service will be resumed once the changes have propagated correctly.
Kind regards
Dave

I don't know about that - I can't really grumble about the technical side of the service we had from Virtual Internet. It was just more a case that their pricing was no longer anything like competitive, especially regarding bandwidth.
Seems like we're live on the new server (though it may take a little while longer to propagate the changes to the furthest reaches of the net
)

Oh,ok-I just assumed from what you said before that poor service was the reason for changing.Muon Software Ltd wrote:I don't know about that - I can't really grumble about the technical side of the service we had from Virtual Internet. Probably was referring to our ISP, BT Openworld and their SMTP mail server. Unfortunately, we're stuck with that for the time being
The site shouldn't have gone off the air - it's running on both servers (it'll say which one at the bottom of the page at www.muon-software.com, either VI or NN). Looking good from here on NN only now.
Cheers
