The setup is good enough for me with the pads and room settings on the back of the Adams, for the production phase and rough mixes. I'm keeping it simple and it's working.

but...if I were to look into bass trap, what should I get? An Auralex Bass Trap kit will do for my room?

thats cool mate .. when you do drop those quicklok's so that the tweeters are at your ear level and have yourself in equilateral triangle to them, then adjust to taste .. might be that you know that already so ill shut up now :ud:

Cheers buddy I got a bit of stick for its smaller proportions but it worked out well in the end.. looking at your room you could really pimp that up with some well placed bass traps .. I know you said you get on well without them but I can guarantee if they are positioned properly you'll see a whole new world with those monitors.

If you live in the Uk I can send you a link to someone who supplies the rockwool.

Cheers

Well my room also has a bed! How's that for treatment :hihi:
Joking aside, room treatment isn't really a possibility since I have no other option than to use this as a bedroom as well. Room has to look fairly normal too I guess

I like your setup, do you exclusively use hardware?
